Credentials for your data
At a trade fair nobody gets into the hall without a badge, and the badge tells who the wearer is and which aisles they may use. This text does the same for the information that reaches Mix Gel through this site: where it comes from, how far it goes and who answers for it, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018).
Credential 1Who signs for this information
The one deciding what happens to it is F DE S SILVA & CIA LTDA, trading as Mix Gel, CNPJ 45.935.157/0001-47, established at Av. do Cinquentenário, 386, first floor, unit 1, Centro, Itabuna, BA, CEP 45600-002, Brazil.
The shop's own management acts as data protection officer, at contato@wholeweekwell.com. Any doubt or request tied to this page comes in through there.
Credential 2What gets past the turnstile
This site is a shop window and nothing more: no login, no saved cart, no text box to type into. Personal information only gets past the turnstile in two situations:
- you choose to write to the shop or ring it, and in doing so hand over your name, the email or phone you used and anything else you decide to mention;
- your phone or computer requests one of the pages, and the company hosting the site jots down which IP number knocked, when it knocked, what kind of browser it was and which page was opened, as happens on any website.
ID papers, card numbers and sensitive details are not requested here. If they land inside a message by accident, the shop throws them out once it notices.
Credential 3What each piece is for
Whatever you write or say on the phone is used to get back to your question, settle a service, a purchase, an event or a class, and recall later how that exchange ended. While the conversation is just an enquiry, the handling rests on the fact that you started it; once it turns into a deal, it rests on the deal itself.
The hosting notes keep the site online, help trace the cause of an error and hold back anyone trying to misuse the pages, which the law calls legitimate interest. Demands from the tax office or from an authority empowered to ask may also oblige the shop to keep a record.
Mailing lists, shopping profiles and selling contacts are simply not part of the business.
Credential 4Other exhibitors with a pass to the hall
Three outside providers are in the loop because without them neither the site nor the email would work. Each answers under its own protection rules:
- the hosting company, which hands the pages to whoever asks and keeps the technical notes from credential 2;
- Google, source of the two type families in the design; when it delivers them to your device it sees the IP number that asked;
- the email service that receives, on the shop's behalf, anything sent to contato@wholeweekwell.com.
Part of that setup runs on computers sitting in other countries, a situation the law foresees for services of this sort. Apart from those three, only a court order or a legal requirement makes data leave Mix Gel.
Credential 5Cookies, side doors and time in the storeroom
No page here drops a shop cookie, a visit counter, a social media pixel or a click recorder. If your browser holds on to anything, it is down to the ordinary running of the hosting and of Google's type.
Tapping the email or the phone number opens the matching app on your device, outside this site. Should a link to another address ever show up here, that address plays by the rules of its own owner.
Conversations stay in the storeroom while the matter is still pending and, once closed, only what some rule says to retain. Technical notes fade at the hosting company's own pace, which clears them by itself before long.
Credential 6What you can hold Mix Gel to
If the shop holds anything of yours, you may insist, whenever you like and at no charge, on:
- learning whether any of your data is stored and getting a copy of it;
- having anything inaccurate, patchy or out of date put right;
- having the surplus made anonymous, frozen or thrown away;
- taking your data to another company, where the law provides for it;
- knowing who else has received something of yours;
- pulling back a permission you gave and understanding what changes if you say no.
Just write to contato@wholeweekwell.com; a reply is owed to you inside 15 business days (15 dias úteis). If what the shop says leaves you unhappy, you are entitled to turn to Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) through the gov.br/anpd portal.
Credential 7Padlock, revisions and the date of this version
Every page travels encrypted (HTTPS), and only the people serving customers at the shop open incoming messages. Perfect protection does not exist; if an incident ever touches what is yours, Mix Gel tells you and informs the ANPD whenever that is mandatory.
When the contracted services or the legislation change, these credentials get new wording, posted right here with a fresh date.
Current wording: November 2026.
