Whose Handwriting This Is
Lessons for One is written and kept by F DE S SILVA & CIA LTDA, a Brazilian company registered under CNPJ 45.935.157/0001-47 that trades as Mix Gel from Av. do Cinquentenário, 386, Primeiro andar, Loja 1, Centro, Itabuna, Bahia, CEP 45600-002, Brazil. The company's own page is at wholeweekwell.com, in English.
Why a Brazilian shop writes in English
The notebook is aimed at people living across America who have passed fifty and want small, practical routines for focus and mental clarity. English is their language, so it became the notebook's too.
How the pages may earn money one day
Right now, no page in this notebook links to anything for sale. In the future, the site may point readers to products sold by online stores in the United States, and the company may receive a fee from those stores when a reader buys through such a link. Should that day come, a short notice in ordinary words will sit right beside any such link.
Limits of a paper notebook
Everything here is an everyday routine, set down by people without medical training; a physician's visit is never replaced by it.
